    Keep RhinoCAM current, supported and productive

    RhinoCAM Annual Maintenance Subscription (AMS) helps you keep your software current and get more from your machining tools. Choose the maintenance edition that matches your existing RhinoCAM licence.

    Software upgrades during your active term

    Receive the annual major-version upgrade for your licensed configuration without a separate upgrade charge during your active AMS term, together with early access to service releases.

    Priority technical support

    Receive priority email support from MecSoft. Telephone assistance and remote troubleshooting are provided when MecSoft determines they are appropriate.

    Training to build your skills

    Access subscriber training resources, premium forums and CAMJam self-training materials. CAMJam 2026 includes machining, automation, post-processing and performance guidance, with more than 700 indexed tips and best practices. Training coverage does not expand the machining capabilities licensed in your RhinoCAM edition.

    Eligible bonus modules and development access

    Eligible editions receive AMS bonus modules, including G-Code Editor and Profile-NEST where offered by MecSoft. AMS-only bonus modules require active maintenance. Available beta releases and priority consideration of enhancement requests and bug reports are further programme benefits. Extra modules and discounts depend on the edition and MecSoft's current offer; they are not a promise that every add-on is included.

    Joining and renewing: important conditions

    • New AMS must be purchased within 30 days of the original RhinoCAM licence purchase. We recommend including it with your original order.
    • Renew existing AMS before its expiry date. Renewals are not automatic: you are responsible for arranging renewal on time.
    • Renewals are processed manually. Allow time before expiry and contact 3D ANZ to confirm the required lead time. Submitting payment does not itself confirm that MecSoft has renewed your cover.
    • If maintenance has expired, contact 3D ANZ before purchasing. Availability, eligibility and any reinstatement charge must be established with MecSoft; ordinary renewal pricing is not guaranteed.

    Post-processor customisation

    An active AMS subscription is a prerequisite for requesting post-processor customisation. Customisation is not included in the AMS price. MecSoft assesses each request and agrees an additional fee on a case-by-case basis.

    Renew the correct licence

    Contact 3D ANZ about your RhinoCAM AMS renewal, providing your RhinoCAM edition, licence or customer identifier and current AMS expiry date. We will establish the correct renewal product and terms. Standalone online renewal purchasing is not enabled until eligibility and processing requirements are confirmed.
